The terms that govern your use of Agrofuze - including the boundary of what the engine will and will not decide for you.
Agreement to these terms
By creating an Agrofuze account or using the service, you agree to these terms. They form an agreement between you and Agrofuze Private Limited. If you are using Agrofuze on behalf of a cooperative or business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
What Agrofuze provides
Agrofuze is an AI vision service that reads crop and leaf photos to detect signs of disease, pests and nutrient deficiency, returning a health score, confidence level and a suggested next step. The service is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of outcome.
Guidance, not a prescription
This is the most important term to understand. Agrofuze assists diagnosis and offers suggestions for you to review. It does not replace an agronomist’s judgment for major treatment decisions, and it never prescribes chemical use automatically. Decisions you make based on a reading, including any treatment, remain your responsibility.
Accuracy and confidence
Findings are shown with a confidence level and, where relevant, coverage caveats. Readings depend on image quality and on how closely a case matches what the engine has learned. A confident-looking result is still an estimate, and you should weigh it accordingly, especially for high-cost actions.
Your responsibilities
You agree to submit only photos you have the right to submit, to keep your account credentials secure, and to use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the actions taken on your farm or within your organization on the basis of Agrofuze output.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and data you submit. You grant Agrofuze the permission needed to process that content to deliver the service, and to use aggregated, non-identifying insights to improve detection, as described in our privacy policy.
Plans and access
Features differ across the Individual, Cooperative and Enterprise plans. Cooperative and Enterprise arrangements, including shared data and integrations, are governed by the specific terms agreed with your organization alongside these terms.
Service availability
We work to keep Agrofuze available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change as the vision engine and its coverage evolve. We aim to expand coverage responsibly rather than overstate it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Agrofuze Private Limited is not liable for crop, financial or other losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the service. Agrofuze is a support tool, and final judgment on treatment and field action rests with you and your advisors.
