What this policy covers
This policy explains how Agrofuze Private Limited handles the information you share when you create an account, submit crop or field photos for analysis, or contact us. It is written for the way our product actually works - a vision engine that reads images you upload - rather than as boilerplate.
The photos you submit
The core of Agrofuze is the crop and leaf images you choose to scan. We store the photos you submit and the readings generated from them so you can revisit your own scan history. We treat these images as sensitive, because a photo of a field can reveal information about a farm and its operation.
Account and contact information
When you sign up we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, farm or organization, role, crops and growing region. When you use the contact form we collect the information you enter so we can respond. We use these details to create and support your account and to reply to your inquiries.
How your data is used
Your photos and account data are used to deliver the diagnosis, health score and treatment suggestions that are the point of the product, and to maintain your account. Aggregated, non-identifying health and yield trends may be used to improve detection and, for cooperative and enterprise arrangements, to produce the network-level views agreed with your organization.
Who can access it
Access is scoped to your account and follows least-privilege by default. For cooperatives and agri-businesses, shared visibility is limited to the network agreed in your arrangement. We do not sell your photos or field data.
Retention and removal
Data is kept for as long as your account is active and the history remains useful to you. You can request removal of your data, and dormant data is not held indefinitely. Some limited information may be retained where required to meet a legal or operational obligation.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is authenticated and scoped. No system is perfectly secure, so we describe our posture honestly and state current status only. Details are on our security page.
Your choices
You decide which photos to submit and what account information to share beyond what is required. You can ask us to correct or remove your information, and you can close your account. Requests are handled through the contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information in a material way, we will reflect it here. Continued use of Agrofuze after a change means the current version applies.
